ITC Grand Chola offers the most sophisticated spaces for hosting meetings, conferences, conventions, symposiums, banquets and performances with state of the art facilities and amenities. In fact, the facilities available at ITC Grand Chola, which include meeting rooms, banquet halls and conference rooms, are the largest and most comprehensive in India, if not the whole of Asia.

Rajendra, with its enormous pillarless area, can either be divided into 8 separate spaces with its own private prefunction area. The banquet area has its own exclusive entrance.

The Rajendra ballroom is the perfect example of this – an architectural marvel; its entire expanse of 2465 sq mt is a symbol of the grandeur of the Chola Kings. It can accommodate over 3000 guests, it has a private entrance for VIPs and it also boasts a sprawling pre-function area for the convenience of guests. It is equipped with soundproof partitions that allow for multiple events to be conducted over the same space at one go.
This includes the grand exhibition hall and a huge place that allows for a range of activities including auto expos, for which it has a special automobile elevator. Additionally there are several versatile options for meetings and conferences - with a high tech boardroom and four meetings rooms.
