THE QUTUB SHAHI TOMBS
Situated outside the northern wall of Golconda, is the royal necropolis of the Qutub Shahi rulers. Exhibiting great elegance, these tombs are a picture of perfect symmetry and yet another reminder of the splendour of the Qutub Shahi Architecture. They can be reached by flights of steps and beautiful arcades and arches add to the grace of the entire structure. There are thirty tombs in all among which the most significant are the tombs of the seven Qutub Shahi kings.
