India International Centre
India International Centre has been created as an international centre for exchangeof ideas among scholars. Lectures, discussions and seminars which cover a wide range of subjects from current affairs, international affairs, culture, ecology are held at regular intervals. These are announced in the daily newspapers and are open to all. The architecture of the IIC building is also striking, with meticulous detailing, extensive use of traditional jalis, which accentuate the soft quality of light which the architect J.A. Stein managed to capture so well. There is a library, an auditorium, conference rooms, a restaurant and a beautiful garden.
