NATIONAL GALLERY OF MODERN ART

The NGMA is housed in a magnificent building which once belonged to the Maharaja of Jaipur. Some of the best sculptors in India have their works displayed in the museum gardens. Works of modern Indian artists dating from 1850 are preserved here and include paintings by Amrita Shergill & Raja Ravi Varma. Address: Jaipur House, India Gate. Open 10:00 – 17:00 Hrs. Closed on Monday.
