More than 99% of the total solid waste is either reused or recycled through recycling programs and organic waste is converted into manure by Organic Waste Converters.
50-60% of ongoing consumables (stationery in guests rooms and offices) used in ITC Hotels are either sourced locally or contain recycled content.
Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paints and locally sourced or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood is used for all refurbishments and renovations.
As much as 40% of the food and beverage used in our Hotels is harvested and processed locally within 160 kilometers of the hotel.
