  • What is the WelcomLink programme?

     
    It is a recognition programme designed for our business partners ( intermediaries who play a decision making role of choosing hotels for the stay of their company executives/guests). For each materialized room night , members earn WelcomLink points which can be redeemed for a host of lifestyle rewards.

  • Who can join this programme?

     
    The WelcomLink Membership is open to Secretaries, Executive Assistants, Administrative or Travel Officers of companies.

  • Is the Programme open to Travel Agents/ Airline?

     
    No.

  • How can the intermediaries enroll on to the programme?

     
    Please fill in the enrolment form in the “Join Welcomlink” section on the WelcomLink homepage.

  • Is there a membership fee for this programme?

     
    There is ‘no’ membership fee.

  • What is the validity of the programme?

     
    30th September 2013

  • What must a member do when making a booking?

     
    The Member must quote his/her membership number in order to earn Points.

  • How does a member earn points?

     
    For every materialized room night, the members account will be credited with points fixed as per the WelcomLink Point Earning Matrix

  • Are any points given to members for Conference bookings?

     
    Yes, for every Residential Conference booked by the member at any of the participating hotels, the member will earn WelcomLink Points as per the Conference Accrual Matrix.

  • Does a member earn WelcomLink Points for Banquet functions / non-residential conferences?

     
    No.

  • How can the member view the points that he/she has earned?

     
    The member can view his/her WelcomLink points by accessing his/her online Welcomlink account. Alternatively a monthly statement of account is also sent to the email address given by the member.

  • Is there a discount offered on hotel facilities to the members?

     
    Yes. On presentation of the WelcomLink Membership Card, the member is entitled to a discount of 25 percent at the Mitthai Shop and the 24-Hour Restaurants at all our participating hotels.

  • What are the different Redemption Options available under the WelcomLink programme?

     
    ITC Hotels Great Experience Certificates, Fortune Holiday Certificates, Unique Heritage Experience Certificates, ITC Hotels Gift Vouchers, Will Lifestyle Gift Vouchers, Travel House Gift Vouchers, Hidesign Gift Vouchers, Sodexho Pass Gift Vouchers., Gitanjali Gift Vouchers and Bose Gift Vouchers.

  • Are WelcomLink members entitled to any credit facilities?

     
    No. All payments over and above the Redemption Awards must be settled in cash or credit card.

  • Is ITC Limited guaranteeing the 3rd party goods/services?

     
    No. ITC Limited holds no warranty for any 3rd party goods and services.

  • Can a member get a new card in case if it is lost?

     
    Yes, the members needs to write to The Direct Marketing Cell, ITC Limited – Hotels Division Headquarters, ITC Green Centre, Plot No. 10, Sector 32, Gurgaon – 122002

  • Can the WelcomLink Points earned during a Programme be carried forward to the next programme?

     
    No. If the WelcomLink Points are not redeemed before the expiry of the programme, then the points shall lapse.
