The Pavilion, a 24-hour multi cuisine restaurant at select ITC Hotels’ properties, offers a delectable variety of fine dining fare throughout the week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Pavilion prides in hosting an extensive buffet spread of Indian, Western and Oriental cuisines. Overlooking the swimming pool , the restaurant offers the perfect choice of à la carte with its cheerful ambience, elegant interiors, extensive beverage library and warm attentiveness of its service associates.

The Pavilion offers the best of the menu to tempt its visitors.

Serving customers around the clock, The Pavilion has set standards in the experience of casual dining, marking certain food items like Pepper Chicken Chettinad and the Pavilion Hot Chocolate Fudge as clear favourites amongst patrons.

The first menu compiled almost a decade ago, comprised of a simple Frankie hot dog and Brownie a' la Mode borrowed from the menu of ITC Maurya, and, Mrs Beeton’s Moorgh Curry paired with the scintillating Sunday Roast Chicken from ITC Windsor-the former being a typical North-Indian chicken preparation and the latter a traditional English Sunday Roast. Maggie’s farm, a delectable preparation of golden-fried chicken stuffed with herb flavoured mousseline, served with garlic- parsley mash, balsamic onions and mushroom cream, was also included in the menu as a tribute to Bob Dylan and the spirit of 60's – offering a wide variety of food choices, no meal would be complete at The Pavilion without indulging in the signature specials , chiefly the Pavilion Souper special, which is served with a medley of caramelized onions, carved vegetables and fresh stewed mushrooms.
