meet the chef
Chef Ashish Singh is the Senior Sous Chef at Pan Asian, ITC Grand Chola. His had spent some considerable time working in various Asian and Japanese restaurants in the country and abroad before joining ITC Maratha. Chef Singh was instrumental in the operations of the erstwhile 'My Humble House' at ITC Maurya and the launch of ‘EDO’ at ITC Gardenia.
