Chef Rakesh Ghai started his love with food in 1989 when he joined WelcomGroup Management Institute as a young Kitchen Executive Trainee. He grew up with a strong Indian influence while mastering the tradecraft at notable hotels including but not limited to ITC Maurya, ITC Kakatiya, ITC Windsor and Searock Sheraton. 2001 saw him taking mantle of Bukhara Singapore.
Chef Ghai has spent several years perfecting his culinary technique and since 2006 he has occupied the position of Executive Chef at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur.
