Chef Gady, as he is popularly known, has been a part of the ITC family for over 2 decades. He graduated from the ITC Hotel Management Institute in 1993 and started working with ITC Hotels as a Kitchen Executive Trainee. He also holds a certification in Culinary Arts from the Johnson & Wales University, USA, for which he was awarded the prestigious IHRA Scholarship in 2003. As a child, the well-presented table at home and his father’s sunday roast chicken & pork chops inspired him to take up the profession. Over the years, he has worked across many ITC Hotels and has also headed the kitchen operations at ITC Mughal and Sheraton New Delhi.
