Chef J.P. has had the privilege of delighting dignitaries and Heads of State from around the world with his prowess in Indian Cuisine and literally having them eat out of his hands! He joined ITC’s hotel business in 1981 and held several key positions before heading Bukhara in 1991.
He has widely travelled across the globe, promoting the popular Bukhara cuisine and demonstrating his culinary skills at eminent International forums. Chef J.P. has also been profiled in the ‘International Who’s Who of Chefs’ amongst the Greatest Chefs of the World.
