No, you don’t need to be a member to use the app. You can register as a guest user and use the app for room reservation, food delivery and table reservations.
If the app is crashing or experiencing issues, first try signing out of your account and then signing back in. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you have the latest version. If you’re still having issues, please email us at app.reviews@itchotels.in and our representative will assist you as soon as possible.
To be able to book member rates, you must be signed in as a Club ITC member. If you are registered as an app user, kindly upgrade to enroll as a Club ITC through the app.
To cancel an upcoming reservation, visit the website itchotels.com and click on “Manage Reservations” from the main menu. Enter reservation details to cancel or modify the reservation
Reward night rates are valid for Club ITC member only. Please make sure you are logged-in as a Club ITC member. If you are facing issues while login, please get in touch with Clubitc.care@itchotels.in and our representative will assist you as soon as possible. Reward night rates are applicable for the base category rooms only and have limited inventory.
You may request for a table reservation for restaurants across ITC Hotels and Welcomhotels. Table reservation request facility is currently not available for Fortune Hotels.
You would have received a correspondence from our F&B concierge. The status of your table reservation request will be confirmed over email. Table reservations concierge is operational from 1100 hrs to 2300 hrs on all days. Reservation requests received after 2300 hrs will be responded to the following day post 1100 hrs
The table reservation slots displayed will have a minimum lead time of 6 hours. Table reservation request is subject to availability.
Our delivery radius is 30 KM at additional charges. We deliver in Gurugram from both ITC Maurya and Sheraton New Delhi up to a range of 30 KM.
The minimum order value for free delivery up to a radius of 15 KM from the hotel is INR 999 (exclusive of taxes & discounts). For delivery beyond 15 KM and upto 30 KM, a delivery charge of INR 350 (exclusive of taxes) will be levied.
For orders below value of INR 999 (exclusive of taxes & discounts) and upto a radius of 15 KM from the hotel, a delivery charge of INR 250 (exclusive of taxes) will be levied. For delivery beyond 15 KM and upto 30 KM, a delivery charge of INR 600 (exclusive of taxes) will be levied.
Once the order is confirmed after payment on the app, it will take us 45 minutes to prepare your order. Additional time needs to be factored for bulk orders. Delivery time may vary as per traffic conditions and distance from the hotel.

Yes. You may schedule your order to any of our servicing cities using our Gift a meal feature. Your selected order can be delivered at your selected time within the available time slots of the selected menu. Your order can also be sent with a personalized note. You may schedule your order up to 180 days in advance.
A hard copy of the invoice is shared along with the order. However, in case of "Gift a meal”, a soft copy of the invoice is shared on the Email ID of the booker on the day of service. In case the same was missed for your order or should you wish to retrieve a copy of your invoice, please share your order Id, date of order and servicing hotel with app.review@itchotels.in. Do allow us a maximum of 24 hours to revert on the same.
All previous activities are linked onto your account on the ITC Hotels app. You need to click on the "Account" tab on the bottom right section of the app and then select "My Activities" to view all your previous transactions on the app. You may also use the filter feature.

Club ITC offers its members the facility to settle their bills instantly using their accumulated Green Points balance across all Participating Hotels. The membership number needs to be presented during bill settlement to instantly use your accumulated Green Points towards your payment. Club ITC members need to follow a quick one-time verification process to instantly redeem your Green Points through their mobile phones.
In case of any such discrepancy, you can report the missing transaction online or send an email to the customer care at clubitc.care@itc.in within 180 days of an eligible stay/transaction.
Club ITC member is eligible to earn 20% of eligible spends as Green Points for all eligibile Food orders placed through the App.
Club ITC member can redeem their Green Points for part or full payment of Food orders placed through the App (1 Green Point = INR 1).
Once a Club ITC Member qualifies for a higher membership status (Club ITC Silver or above) in the calendar year, the Club ITC Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the higher tier was earned and for the subsequent calendar year. The new membership cycle for all members will begin from 1st Jan and the activities done in the previous calendar year will be considered for tier revision.
Club ITC has become contactless. This means you will no longer have to carry your membership card to redeem your Green Points. Members have to follow a quick one-time verification process to start enjoying this new feature.
For participating hotels and qualifying events, it may take up to 72 hours after your stay for your points to be visible in the app. For more information regarding earning points and participation, please refer Club ITC Terms and Conditions
A member can submit an enrolment request to enroll into Club ITC Culinaire from the Join Club ITC Culinaire banner on the home page offer carousel or go to Redeem Green Points section in the My Club ITC tab under the Account Tab and then select Redeem now on the Club ITC Culinaire Membership and click Submit Request to use accumulated Green Points to purchase the membership.
